Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Business Pulse(the “Service”), provided by SavvPro (“SavvPro”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

1. The Service

Business Pulse is a business-operations dashboard for managing clients, pipelines, invoices and payments, documents, team, reporting, and related workflows, including optional AI-assisted generation and optional Google integrations. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members’ use of the Service.
  • Accounts are created and managed by the workspace owner or administrator for each business.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or to store or send unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to breach security, access data you are not authorised to access, or disrupt the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service except as permitted by law.
  • Send communications through the Service that violate anti-spam or other applicable laws.

4. Customer Data and ownership

You retain all rights to the data you and your team enter into the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data and for having the necessary rights and consents to provide it (including for any personal data of your clients and contacts).

5. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties you may choose to enable, including Google (Calendar, Gmail send, Drive import) and AI providers (e.g. OpenAI). Your use of those integrations is also subject to the third party’s terms and policies. Google-provided data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, consistent with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. AI-generated content

Features that generate text, documents, or extracted fields use automated models and may produce inaccurate or incomplete output. AI output is provided for your review; you are responsible for verifying and approving it before relying on or sending it. AI output does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

7. Fees

If your plan includes fees, they will be described separately at sign-up or in an order. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may perform maintenance, updates, or suspensions, and will make reasonable efforts to limit disruption.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVVPRO WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when we post the updated Terms and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to SavvPro’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
